Starter focuses on small-office essentials. Basic adds a monthly onsite visit and preventive maintenance. Standard includes two monthly visits, network management, CCTV, attendance and backup monitoring. Premium covers a wider environment with priority support, servers, Microsoft 365, firewalls and NAS. We review your users, assets and locations before recommending a plan.
The listed times are targets for an initial support response, not a promise that the issue will be resolved within that time. Service hours, incident priority, when the response clock starts and the escalation process are confirmed in your agreement. A response target does not imply 24/7 coverage.
Unlimited support applies to the users, devices, sites and support activities covered by your agreement, during the agreed service hours. It does not automatically extend to new projects, additional sites or systems outside that scope. Onsite arrangements and escalation rules are agreed during onboarding.
Do not assume they are included in the maintenance plan. Replacement hardware, consumables, software subscriptions, licence renewals, new installations and major migrations are reviewed separately and documented in the proposal. The same applies to any specialist recovery or third-party work outside the agreed support scope.
Yes, we can assess your existing environment and multiple locations. Share the equipment list, current software versions, vendor support status and branch locations. Compatibility, access, travel arrangements and any required remediation are reviewed before the assets are added to the contract.
