A solution shaped around your work.
Remote support can help with software faults without waiting for a site visit. The user must explicitly authorize access, while hardware damage, unavailable connectivity or physical checks may still require onsite assistance.

- 02
Organize support and maintenance
Set up the reporting and escalation process. Plan authorized remote or onsite work and schedule preventive tasks around business operations and agreed priorities.
- 03
Review findings and next steps
Record work completed, recurring issues and dependencies needing attention. Use agreed reviews to update documentation and plan follow-up improvements with the responsible team.
A clear handover

- Supported-system inventory and contact responsibilities
- Work records and follow-up recommendations

What to prepare for your project
Describe the error, affected device and application, and provide a suitable contact time; keep passwords and confidential files out of the initial enquiry.
Discuss this serviceYour questions, answered
Can a technician connect without my approval?
Remote access starts only after explicit authorization from the appropriate user or administrator. Session scope and any continuing access arrangement must be agreed, and access should end when the approved work finishes.
How should we report an IT issue to Royaltech?
Use the website support form, your support portal account or support@royaltech.qa. Include the affected service, device model, when the issue started and its business impact. Keep the request reference for follow-up.
Does an initial response target mean the issue will be resolved then?
No. An initial response acknowledges or starts assessing the issue. Resolution can depend on diagnosis, access, parts and third-party providers. Covered hours, priorities and escalation are defined in your support agreement.
How are support availability and response targets defined?
Service hours, response targets, onsite visits and exclusions are agreed for your systems and locations. The website does not imply unlimited support. Existing customers can create a support ticket and provide the affected service and a concise issue description.
