A solution shaped around your work.
Some incidents cannot be assessed through a screen-sharing session. Onsite support allows examination of cables, power, peripherals and equipment condition while coordinating work with the people using the affected area.

Discuss this serviceYour questions, answered
Can an onsite visit resolve every equipment problem?
A visit establishes the fault and available remedies. Resolution may depend on replacement components, vendor access, data recovery or a separate maintenance window, which will be explained after assessment.
How should we report an IT issue to Royaltech?
Use the website support form, your support portal account or support@royaltech.qa. Include the affected service, device model, when the issue started and its business impact. Keep the request reference for follow-up.
Does an initial response target mean the issue will be resolved then?
No. An initial response acknowledges or starts assessing the issue. Resolution can depend on diagnosis, access, parts and third-party providers. Covered hours, priorities and escalation are defined in your support agreement.
How are support availability and response targets defined?
Service hours, response targets, onsite visits and exclusions are agreed for your systems and locations. The website does not imply unlimited support. Existing customers can create a support ticket and provide the affected service and a concise issue description.
