A solution shaped around your work.
When employees rely on several applications and devices, scattered support arrangements make recurring problems harder to resolve. A managed service connects incident history, maintenance priorities and agreed responsibilities.
What this service covers

Organize support and maintenance
Set up the reporting and escalation process. Plan authorized remote or onsite work and schedule preventive tasks around business operations and agreed priorities.

Discuss this serviceYour questions, answered
What does a managed support agreement cover?
Coverage is defined by the agreed device list, applications, locations, support hours and responsibilities. Response targets, onsite visits, third-party dependencies and exclusions are documented before service begins.
How should we report an IT issue to Royaltech?
Use the website support form, your support portal account or support@royaltech.qa. Include the affected service, device model, when the issue started and its business impact. Keep the request reference for follow-up.
Does an initial response target mean the issue will be resolved then?
No. An initial response acknowledges or starts assessing the issue. Resolution can depend on diagnosis, access, parts and third-party providers. Covered hours, priorities and escalation are defined in your support agreement.
How are support availability and response targets defined?
Service hours, response targets, onsite visits and exclusions are agreed for your systems and locations. The website does not imply unlimited support. Existing customers can create a support ticket and provide the affected service and a concise issue description.
