A solution shaped around your work.
A stalled print job may originate in the workstation, print queue, network or printer itself. Separating these causes avoids repeated resets and helps identify when a mechanical repair is needed.

Discuss this serviceYour questions, answered
Why can one computer print while another cannot?
The computers may use different drivers, queues, permissions or network paths. Comparing a working device with the affected one helps isolate the configuration before changing settings on the shared printer.
How should we report an IT issue to Royaltech?
Use the website support form, your support portal account or support@royaltech.qa. Include the affected service, device model, when the issue started and its business impact. Keep the request reference for follow-up.
Does an initial response target mean the issue will be resolved then?
No. An initial response acknowledges or starts assessing the issue. Resolution can depend on diagnosis, access, parts and third-party providers. Covered hours, priorities and escalation are defined in your support agreement.
How are support availability and response targets defined?
Service hours, response targets, onsite visits and exclusions are agreed for your systems and locations. The website does not imply unlimited support. Existing customers can create a support ticket and provide the affected service and a concise issue description.
