A solution shaped around your work.
Missing serial numbers and outdated ownership records make support and equipment handovers harder. Asset management connects each device with its location, assigned custodian, support status and documented movement history.
What this service covers
- Asset identification and inventory structure
- User, location and custodian assignment
- Warranty and lifecycle date tracking
- Transfer, return and disposal records
We confirm the selected equipment, responsibilities and deliverables in your project proposal before work begins.
How we deliver the work
- 01
Agree responsibilities
Inventory the supported systems, locations and users. Clarify system ownership, existing vendor arrangements, support channels and the services covered by the agreement.
- 02
Organize support and maintenance
Set up the reporting and escalation process. Plan authorized remote or onsite work and schedule preventive tasks around business operations and agreed priorities.
- 03
Review findings and next steps
Record work completed, recurring issues and dependencies needing attention. Use agreed reviews to update documentation and plan follow-up improvements with the responsible team.
A clear handover
Agree the records your team needs to operate and maintain the solution. Depending on the selected scope, these can include:
- Supported-system inventory and contact responsibilities
- Work records and follow-up recommendations
- Agreed support channels and escalation process
What to prepare for your project
Gather available equipment lists, serial numbers, location details and assignment records, and identify who will maintain updates when devices are issued, moved, returned or retired.
Discuss this serviceYour questions, answered
Can you organize records without replacing our existing asset tool?
Yes, when the current tool supports the required fields and access controls. We can review its structure, reconcile available records and define an update process before considering a different platform.
How should we report an IT issue to Royaltech?
Use the website support form, your support portal account or support@royaltech.qa. Include the affected service, device model, when the issue started and its business impact. Keep the request reference for follow-up.
Does an initial response target mean the issue will be resolved then?
No. An initial response acknowledges or starts assessing the issue. Resolution can depend on diagnosis, access, parts and third-party providers. Covered hours, priorities and escalation are defined in your support agreement.
How are support availability and response targets defined?
Service hours, response targets, onsite visits and exclusions are agreed for your systems and locations. The website does not imply unlimited support. Existing customers can create a support ticket and provide the affected service and a concise issue description.
