A solution shaped around your work.
Moving desks before connectivity and shared services are ready can delay the first working day. A relocation plan aligns equipment labelling, internet availability, cabling, physical transport and post-move checks.
What this service covers
- New site layout and readiness assessment
- Equipment labelling and relocation sequence
- Network and workstation reconnection
- Shared service checks and user handover
We confirm the selected equipment, responsibilities and deliverables in your project proposal before work begins.
How we deliver the work
- 01
Agree responsibilities
Inventory the supported systems, locations and users. Clarify system ownership, existing vendor arrangements, support channels and the services covered by the agreement.
- 02
Organize support and maintenance
Set up the reporting and escalation process. Plan authorized remote or onsite work and schedule preventive tasks around business operations and agreed priorities.
- 03
Review findings and next steps
Record work completed, recurring issues and dependencies needing attention. Use agreed reviews to update documentation and plan follow-up improvements with the responsible team.
A clear handover
Agree the records your team needs to operate and maintain the solution. Depending on the selected scope, these can include:
- Supported-system inventory and contact responsibilities
- Work records and follow-up recommendations
- Agreed support channels and escalation process
What to prepare for your project
Share both office layouts, equipment counts, planned move dates and internet-provider arrangements, and identify critical services, building access restrictions and the staff coordinating the move.
Discuss this serviceYour questions, answered
Can an office move be completed without any downtime?
The interruption depends on connection availability, system dependencies and the relocation sequence. A planned move window and staged checks reduce uncertainty, but uninterrupted operation should not be assumed before assessment.
How should we report an IT issue to Royaltech?
Use the website support form, your support portal account or support@royaltech.qa. Include the affected service, device model, when the issue started and its business impact. Keep the request reference for follow-up.
Does an initial response target mean the issue will be resolved then?
No. An initial response acknowledges or starts assessing the issue. Resolution can depend on diagnosis, access, parts and third-party providers. Covered hours, priorities and escalation are defined in your support agreement.
How are support availability and response targets defined?
Service hours, response targets, onsite visits and exclusions are agreed for your systems and locations. The website does not imply unlimited support. Existing customers can create a support ticket and provide the affected service and a concise issue description.
